The guidelines and ideas in this audiobook are a result of my extensive project management experience. I have successfully managed, implemented, and delivered countless projects, including complex global infrastructure-based projects. As a project manager, I have overseen new and modification projects utilizing on-shore and offshore resources and third parties. Thanks to over 25 years of project management experience, I have extensive knowledge covering the entire life cycle of a project.
