In 1990, Vietnam was still one of the poorest countries in the world, while Poland was one of the poorest in Europe. But in the three decades since then, both countries have drastically improved their citizens’ standards of living and escaped the vicious cycle of national poverty.

By working together with the Ministries of Health, Education, Citizenship and Youth, and Family Services and Housing, this repository includes information on all children born in the province. This information has been used to track educational outcomes over a length of time that is long enough to follow children from kindergarten to graduation.
