Disaster Thriller

Suddenly, Oregon is under attack. Six hundred acres of land are burned to the ground. An entire lake is poisoned, killing all the fish and surrounding wildlife. A clue is left that the destruction of the dams will be the next and final blow. The same person is claiming credit for all the disasters. But who is he and why is he out to destroy the entire state?
