Félix et Thelma partent chez leur grand-père dans les Alpes : l’occasion pour l’Agence SOS animaux en détresse de s’offrir des vacances ! Mais à peine arrivés, Aimé, leur grand-père aussi fan de gadgets et d'animaux que Félix, leur apprend que des bébés lynx des montagnes ont besoin de leur aide ! Leur maman et les petits se sont retrouvés séparés, et elle est coincée de l’autre côté de la vallée... Qu’à cela ne tienne, Félix et Thelma vont tout faire pour les réunir !

Mais alors qu’ils sont en Laponie, pour observer les rennes, leur entreprise "SOS animaux en danger" va bientôt pouvoir reprendre du service... car les rennes ont disparu.
