I have always tried to impart a bit of knowledge, insight or comment on political and social issues with my jokes. Some of them may be just funny, others may be shocking with a funny side or need discussion to bring out the humour in it. For example, the joke about Fanny May is just a joke. It is just funny. Jokes about the American Civil War, segregation and racism are a bit shocking but have a humorous side. They need a bit of discussion to improve the understanding of the humour. I believe that these events should always be remembered, not only in the United States but around the world. ...

Thomas Jefferson, author of the Declaration of Independence, and James Madison, "Father of the Constitution," were two of the most important Founders of the United States as well as the closest of political allies.
