This volume groups all 10 of the individual books on the 10 Principles of Longevity training series into one place. Each individual book includes a description in the beginning of what the 10 Principles of Personal Longevity are all about. This series of books is a unique set of information on longevity. If you apply these principles in your life as laid out in these books, you have a good shot at living decades longer.

The subjects of time and dimensional travel really fascinate me. I went to engineering school and took advanced courses in physics and mathematics, so I have a pretty good understanding of science’s view of our universe. I’ve also been fortunate to have learned and practiced techniques to become more spiritually and psychically developed. One of the things this led to were my numerous experiences with premonitions and prophecy, which I’ve written about. My research also led me to write several books about stories of real time travel and dimensional-shifting experiences.

The intent was to help put the listener into more of a meditative state while listening to it than the analytical approaches I usually take to each subject. The organization of the material is also in no particular order. If your consciousness starts to expand while listening to the audiobook, then I have accomplished my mission.
