The word yoga takes us back to the ancient times and brings to mind a plethora of images of extraordinary postures that seem impossible to attempt, let alone master. Yoga is much more than mastering the various postures or increasing your flexibility. It is an ancient practice that involves various physical stances as well as several mental and breathing exercises that cleanse our mind, body, and soul.

Many of my friends who know me well and know some of my experiences insist I should write an autobiography because many people will find my stories fascinating. My life has been about my spiritual and paranormal explorations of the world and studies of our universe. These stories include a spirit attacking me, many prophecies of mine - some of which saved my life - a fight with a bear in the wilderness, and many other strange experiences, including a spiritual-enlightenment event and specific memories from before, during, and just after my birth.

My goal in this book is to show the different types of UFOs reported throughout history and today. I’m not trying to prove whether these ships are real or not. I just thought that given the many thousands of sightings of UFOs, there should be some commonalities between the sightings. Are there any trends in these sightings? Is there an evolution in the design of these vehicles over time? Are there some common designs over time? I’m convinced that aliens exist and have probably visited our planet thousands or millions of year in the past—in addition to visiting in the present.

This volume contains 32 chapters of my favorite stories on various topics to provide a question mark for your beliefs and assumptions about the world and universe we live in. When you finish this volume, maybe you will see my point of view which is that as much as we think we know about this world and the universe, there are still many mysteries and strange things out there.

The real nature of time is still a mystery, even after thousands of years of philosophers and scientists analyzing it and proposing theories about it. Prophecy has existed for most of humanity’s time on Earth, and there is a lot of reason to think that seeing the future does reveal some of what happens and is about to happen. I’ve had many paranormal experiences in my life and some pretty cool spiritual enlightenment experiences too. This has given me a good understanding of the spiritual development process and the development of paranormal abilities as a side effect. I’m also an engineer with a lot of Physics mixed into my education so I have a pretty good understanding of the conventional views of engineering and science as taught in our universities.
