Raw storytelling. Real healing. Radical self-acceptance.

Welcome to Your Well Life, where we peel back the layers of surface-level fixes and dive deep into the heart of real healing, alignment, and living fully alive.

I’m Misha Vayner—a mom of three, trauma-informed health and life coach, and truth-teller on a lifelong healing journey. Here, we get real about what it means to reclaim your most authentic self, break generational patterns, and find flow in the messiness of motherhood.

Each episode, I share raw, unpolished stories from my own path and the courageous journeys of others. We talk about trauma healing, nervous system nourishment, holistic well-being, and navigating the beautiful chaos of motherhood with grace and grit.

Because I believe that sacred storytelling is medicine. When we speak our truth, we heal. When we witness others, we remember we’re not alone. And when we stop performing and start being, our lives transform.

  • #17: Am I Autistic or Just Sensitive? How Exploring Neurodivergence Helped Me Unmask, Heal Burnout, and Reclaim Self-Trust
    Jun 18 2025

For most of my life, I felt too sensitive, deep, intense, and exhausted. But the truth is, I was simply wired differently. And recently, I’ve been exploring what that actually means.

In this deeply personal episode, I share my journey of unmasking and exploring autism, as well as neurodivergent presentations as a whole—and how this clarity is helping me make sense of the lifelong patterns I never had words for: the burnout, the shutdowns, the overwhelm, the deep sensitivity and empathic abilities that always felt like a flaw. and like a lot to live with.

This exploration has been wildly enlightening, validating, and healing, and I want to bring you into it. Because more than ever, I believe we need real, unmasked, vulnerable conversations—and I know I’m not the only one yearning for them.

My hope is that this episode not only offers insight, comfort, and reflection, but also helps you feel less alone—whether or not you identify as neurodivergent. We are all walking our own soul curriculum. This journey is about self-reclamation. About coming home. And really, that’s what this episode—and all of my work—is about.

    Inside this episode, I offer:

    • The signs and traits that led me to explore my own neurodivergence
    • The emotional impact of growing up without the language to understand yourself
    • How I’m learning to care for my highly sensitive system as a mom
    • Tools and practices that support anyone navigating stress, sensory overload, or burnout

  • #16: How to Navigate the Unseen Chapter After Choosing Truth Over Comfort
    Jun 4 2025

So you finally choose truth over comfort…

You walk away from what no longer fits—

The job, the relationship, the way you’ve been performing in the world—

    And then what?

In this raw, unfiltered solo episode, I take you inside the messy, often invisible chapter that comes after choosing yourself. The part no one warns you about. The abyss. The unraveling. The awkward, unglamorous rebuild.

This is the part where you’re no longer who you were, but not quite who you’re becoming. And it takes everything: trust, discernment, patience, nervous system resilience, and a deep honoring of your own pace.

    We talk about:

    • The emotional whiplash of the “trust fall”
    • Why choosing truth often makes life harder before it gets easier
    • The sacred pause of the abyss (and why it matters)
    • How to navigate the urge to “go back” just for comfort
    • Reclaiming your voice and creative expression after burnout
    • The real work of rebuilding in alignment—not urgency
    • Creating a shame-free space for women to be witnessed in the in-between

This episode is for the woman standing at the edge, the one who already jumped, or the one wondering if she’s the only one who feels like everything got harder after doing the “right” thing.

    You're not broken. You're becoming.
