  • In this episode, we present to your earholes some beautiful, whimsical and wonderful friends of the pod Your Magic.

    Today, Your Magic pulls back the curtain on the many misconceptions about Satanism. Exploring demon conjurings (spoiler...they can be kinda cute!) and the beef between the Temple of Satan and the Church of Satan. Meeting three different types of Satanists- atheistic, theistic and satanic witches- we mostly learn that the devil is our friend. Plus, we dive into the meaning of The Devil card with Hannah Graves, creator of Cult Mother Tarot, learning how to work with its dark and disciplinary energy.

    Your Magic is a podcast hosted by author Michelle Tea. Every episode explores contemporary spirituality and magic with lots of humor and heart. Usually, they read their guests tarot – including people like Kathryn Hahn, Japanese Breakfast, Phoebe Bridgers, and so many other amazing people and then offer a DIY spell or ritual that anyone can do. But, in this episode – the host Michelle Tea dives deep into Satanism, the Satanic Church and the Satanic Temple and explores what it actually looks like to worship Satan.

This was so offensive to be connected to what used to be my favorite podcast.

Wow.

Just wow.

I can’t believe their podcast after hundreds of episodes kept bringing me to try and listen to this.
Ash and E try so hard not to offend anyone yet I’m completely offended.

I’ll stop listening now that I know what they believe in and I’m sorry I didn’t pay more attention to their beliefs. Because apparently atheism (not something I support but can accept) believes in satanism.

I am so disappointed with the choice of highlighting satanism. The fact that they said satan is basically good. What a crock of bullshit*. Satan is only here to kill our spirit, steal our joy, and destroy our lives There's nothing good, honorable, likable or respectable about Satan. I'm tuning out moving forward. I wish your podcast the best.

Who is a weirdo? Me, it's me. I'll proudly raise both hands. Although I am Pagan/Wiccan, I went to a private Lutheran school as a child. Unwilling church participant (hostage) in the flesh. I think MANY religions and beliefs are ostracized and misunderstood. The general public (I'm talking to all of you fake ass "Christians" out there), refuse to educate themselves on any belief system that does not worship their "god". Let's all do what makes us happy, what fulfills our lives and gives our souls meaning and purpose. Leave my religion alone. I'm just out here praising the Universe and loving on Mother Nature, hugging some damn trees and walking my path.
I completely relate to many Satanic rituals and rules, their opinions and theories. Just as (most 🙄) Satanists don't drink the blood of kittens, Witches don't sacrifice goats on the full moon whilst naked under their cloaks, dancing around a bonfire.
For the folks that gave you ladies a 1 star rating, they can go fucketh thyselves. Maybe they need to read a book or plant a tree or some shit.
