I left all social medias with the exception of YouTube where I listen to a few podcasts Bulwark, pod save America, MTN , native land pod, etc. and of course, yours I unsubscribed from everything .. everything.
I’m 55 years old, white and a woman …
grew up in Ohio where I was disowned for marrying an Arab in 1987 by my now Trump supporting family .
We are still married happily and have three beautiful successful children are not gonna be hurt financially . I have been through every emotion many times over starting with Gore V Bush.
This is the first time where I just thought as you so eloquently described walk around for the next four years with the double eagle to those idiots that voted for him.
And I shut down it hurt too much .. all these years fighting.
I had that same pit in my stomach the night of the election as I did when Gore stepped down ever so politely.. and didn’t fight.
When Hillary lost in 16 it was more painful.

I was accused of being hyperbolic in my grief then. Every damn thing we knew would happen happened.

when the justice department did not immediately go after Him and his partners in crimes. I knew in my heart somehow him and the main characters would escape actual punishment.
I reached out to those podcasts to not lose hope.. and on November 5, I did.

I have been always supporting the democratic process.. the Democrats has a party, and I feel utterly betrayed by their lack of leadership.
Especially when they had control, there were things they could have done.
There are things they could be doing right now instead they’re licking his boots!!
Or as you nicely, put it putting out the blue carpet giving him special treatment.

I have been fighting this feeling of resolution that I’m going to be OK so they’re just that short sided and stupid.
Trump said whether they like it or not- they will get what they want.. I can and will help only me and mine.
I have to stop caring about people that clearly don’t care about themselves.
I went no contact with my family 30+ yrs ago. This is me starting to go no contact with politics. I can feel it happening and I don’t want it to happen. I have listened to some of my audible books and just carried on my life sans my biweekly YouTube mornings. Get caught up on the state of our nation.

I even had to unsubscribe to AP because I will not listen to the next four years of the daily Trump show. It just is not gonna happen.

Secondly I Igive you Creedence because you gracefully said what we are all thinking this is not right.
All the reasons you stated, there’s no way he could’ve won all those swinging states.
And if it is, and if he did prove it.

I am not a conspiracy theorist, I’m a realist and this election defies, all logic and reason.

The Democrats stop living in a time where expected norms, unwritten guidelines and decorum were honored by both parties.

They do this on every level of the government.
They’re the epitome of the easiest Mark ever to a conman -and even when they know what’s that steak they still aren’t contesting it I don’t know what to think..


Either they’re in it or they just don’t care so why should I?
