Acerca de esta escucha
In this raw and reflective episode of Organized Chaos, I open up about the many kinds of weight we carry—on our bodies, in our hearts, in our minds, and in our relationships. Since November, I’ve shed over 50 pounds—but what I’ve truly lost runs much deeper than a number on a scale. I talk about walking away from a soul-draining job, releasing friendships that no longer served me, and discovering the cost of being undervalued in spaces that demanded my silence.
We unpack hustle culture, hormonal imbalances, unspoken grief, emotional armor, and the impossible expectations women are often taught to carry. This episode isn’t about transformation—it’s about liberation. It's a love letter to anyone learning how to let go of what no longer fits and finding peace in their own skin, maybe for the first time.
This isn’t a story about weight loss. It’s a story about coming home to yourself.
