This episode was very special. Fernando had the pleasure to talk to Gina Da Silva. Gina has been working with the multifamily industry for 20 years. She started as a leasing agent, and now she is at senior property level and specializes in rehabs.

  • Out of the services that’s being provided to the Multifamily which one you think it is the most difficult one to deal with? Hint hint – It’s not cleaning for her!
  • In your opinion, How does the life of a property manager look like on site? Tell the vendor what we don’t know!
