Day 15: Walking in Light
Scripture Verse: John 8:12 (NKJV)
Devotional:
Then Jesus spoke to them again, saying, "I am the light of the world. He who follows Me shall not walk in darkness, but have the light of life." Jesus's words remind us of the light of God, a reminder that He is a source of guidance and direction.
Walking in God's light means acknowledging our need for His grace and mercy. It means letting go of our guilt and shame and finding freedom in His love. God's light is a source of comfort and hope, a reminder that we are never alone.
As we reflect on the wonder of God's light, let us also consider how we can share it with others. We are called to be vessels of light, sharing the love and grace of God with those around us.
Prayers:
Prayer of Praise for God's Light: "Heavenly Father, I praise You for Your light. Thank You for being a source of guidance and direction in my life. Help me to walk in Your light and to trust in Your grace and mercy. May my heart be filled with awe and reverence for Your light. Amen."
Prayer for Sharing God's Light: "Lord, teach me to be a vessel of Your light. Help me to share Your love and grace with those around me, and to be a light in the darkness. May my life be a reflection of Your light and bring glory to Your name. Amen."
