Acerca de esta escucha

In this podcast, Elders Randall & DeBorrah K. Ogans share biblically based insight, guidance, and advice on Life & Living, Marriage & Relationships, Family & Parenting, Faith & Belief, Church & Religion, Spiritual Health, and more.

Weekly episodes encourage listeners to live life out loud, walking/living in the light, doing what the Lord requires of us in every area of life. What does the Lord require of us? To act justly, and to love mercy, and to walk humbly with our God.

Jesus said "I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will never walk in darkness, but will have the light of life".

To walk in the light is to have a daily commitment to living out a righteous life. Blessed(happy) are those who walk in the light of His presence. His word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path. For it is in Him that we live, and move, and have our being.

This then is the message which we have heard of Him, and declare unto you, that God is light, and in Him is no darkness at all. If we say that we have fellowship with Him, and walk in darkness, we lie, and do not live by the truth. But if we walk in the light, as He is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son, cleanseth us from all sin.

Always keep in mind, the transforming power of the Lord, is truth. Seek ye first the kingdom of God, and His righteousness, and everything else will be added unto you.

If you haven't already, make a commitment today, to start Walking In the Light.

  • Making The Best of "Now"
    May 14 2025

In this episode, we discuss "Making The Best of Now", emphasizing the importance of living in the present moment rather than dwelling on the past.

Life & Time are precious gifts from God.

We want to encourage listeners to learn from past experiences but not be hindered by them, advocating for letting go of pain and resentment through repentance and inviting God into one's life.

Developing self-control and living by God's principles is crucial for spiritual growth and experiencing God's presence and kingdom. HIs kingdom is not a physical realm, but is allowing him to rule and reign in your life "NOW". It's a state of righteousness, peace, and joy, experienced through the Holy Spirit.

Our central message is to you is that you fully embrace and live in the present moment. Let go of past regrets and unresolved issues. The past cannot be changed, but how it impacts the present and future can by relying on God's help and principles to live a disciplined, righteous, and fulfilling life in the present.

  • "Mother" - A Strong Godly Woman
    May 8 2025

What are the qualities and responsibilities of a strong godly mother, the principles that make them wise and influential ?

The Bible presents numerous examples of strong godly women in various roles. These women were accomplished, strong, and diverse. What unified them was their trust in God and their integration of His principles into their daily lives. They demonstrate qualities such as faithfulness, leadership , diligence , and dedication to family and ministry.

Being a strong godly woman involves being a strong woman who can organize and efficiently run a household. It includes creating a balanced environment that fosters spiritual development, enrichment, positive health, safety, family dynamics, and enjoyable activities for the family. It also means being compassionate, loving, understanding, vulnerable to God, and kind, while remaining strong in the Lord.

The family is the first institution created by God. A strong godly woman plays a crucial role. Raising children in a loving, safe, and consistent family environment is a primary responsibility that requires dedication and sacrifice.

The Bible commands honoring your father and mother, a commandment accompanied by a promise. If you want to live long in the land, then you "must" honor your Mother.

In this episode, we give honor to "Mother - A Strong Godly Woman" as we give honor to God.

    Happy Mother's Day
