In a shocking incident in Chester, NY, Town of Chester Highway Superintendent John Reilly, 48, has been released on bail after allegedly shooting a 24-year-old DoorDash driver in the back.

The driver, who suffered life-altering injuries, was struggling to find the correct delivery address when the shooting occurred outside Reilly’s home.

Home surveillance footage shows the victim seeking help moments before the incident. Reilly, who was off-duty, faces serious charges as the case heads to a grand jury.
