Michelle Hurn is a registered and licensed dietitian with sixteen years of experience as a clinical, acute care dietitian, lead dietitian in psychiatric care, and outpatient dietitian. Michelle is the Author of the books, "The Dietitian's Dilemma," "The Fox Family Food Fight," (both available on Amazon) and Michelle Co-Authored the article: “Animal Based Ketogenic diet puts severe anorexia nervosa into multiyear remission, a case series” which is published in The Journal of Insulin Resistance.
Michelle currently serves as the lead dietitian on the board of the American Diabetes Society. She's an ultra-runner with wins in distances ranging from 50 miles to 100 km, and she advocates a low carbohydrate animal-based diet to reverse insulin resistance and restore for metabolic health.
