  • Wrapping up this month's theme of conflict management, we'll discuss the last of the four C's in my conflict management model. The first three were Communication, Curiosity, and Concern. The final one is Commitment.

    The tips today are:
    1 - Identify your objectives
    2 - Know the mission and values of the organization
    3 - Set ground rules
