  • When a new neighbor moves in, you never know what to expect, but the writer of this letter got more than she bargained for. Her neighbor, "Kyle," and his friends turned her quiet suburban life into a chaotic nightmare, complete with a constant stream of shady visitors, pervasive weed smoke, and escalating acts of aggression.
