  • Episode 84 Goin Ballistic
    Jun 23 2025

How does one feel good about a bad situation?

The answer is simple. Musica Sababa.

Tune in to a special episode this week,

WAR is again the theme and peace is still the dream.

If you were looking for a mixtape to play a soundtrack to the war then look no further. This week we are LIVE on 105.5FM Galil Halycon and we hear ballistic butterjoints from such artists as Fishbone and George Clinton, Creedence Clearwater Revival, the Gap Band, Tupac, the Doors, Eric Burdon and the Animals, Tenor Saw, Naughty by Nature, Bob Marley and the Wailers, Leroy Smart, Pink Floyd, Tears for Fears, Edwin Star, the Beastie Boys, Lois Armstrong, Lupe Fiasco, Noga Erez, Soundgarden, Alice In Chains and more.

    What is Ballistic?

The term comes from missile terminology—a ballistic missile follows a high-speed, uncontrolled trajectory once it’s launched. So, when someone “goes ballistic,” it’s like they’ve been launched into a rage and are now emotionally out of control, similar to a missile in free flight.

Go ballistic with us just by pressing play T-10…Yalla!
