This needs to be common practice!
Thank you so much for sharing this Mel! It’s really sad how simple it could be to feel better and function better but it’s just not common knowledge or practice. It should be the standard from birth. It’s how we should all be taught from the start. It’s like we’re handed everything to set us on the wrong track. It shouldn’t be a battle to just function properly and fuel ourselves correctly. Insurance won’t cover providers who do practice this way and most people can’t afford it. Instead we’re seen by a regular physician who just hands out pills and doesn’t test or ask how we’re eating/living. Maybe someday. Too much profit involved.

Great info!
Such a super & much needed reframe from self blame to accepting that many brain function disorders are actually brain metabolism issues.
What inspiration infi that life style choices can manage and even improve brain metabolism issues.
