I recently started writing a book, and what seemed like a fun and intuitive project quickly turned into a struggle with control. The pressure to get everything right, follow schedules, and check off to-do lists began to overwhelm me. The idea of having to organize endless research, read multiple books, and stick to an outline felt suffocating. 😰

I found myself stuck in a cycle of control, trying to force progress instead of allowing the natural flow of creativity and intuition to guide me. But then, after a breakdown and a moment of clarity, I realized ~ I was stifling my own creativity by trying to control everything! 💡

In this episode, I talk about the importance of trusting the process and trusting yourself. It’s all about releasing that tight grip on control and finding freedom in letting go.
