When it comes to relationships, nothing reveals who we are more, than a revealing look at who we've been with.

In this episode I launch into the messy and ritualistic nature of exes - to poke at why we develop patterns, go back to places and people we have no business with and is it taboo to be friends with someone you were once romantically involved with.

Happy pride month lovers! Welcome back to Gaylandia. What does gay pride mean to you? Well it would only make sense that it means different things to all of us. Yet, even in 2025 gay pride seems as big as a revolution as ever but it's not always rainbows and sunshine. The journey to out, is one with secrets, lies, and double lives. Let's face it, the road to 'gay and proud' is more of a gauntlet, than a parade. So, let's get rid of all the misconceptions of who we are and set the record "gay".

Behind the clapbacks and pop music, many of us lived by a code that helped us navigate lives that weren't carved out with us in mind. We've paved our own lanes and learned what it truly means to be proud.
