    WELCOME TO THE RUNDOWN

Unoriginality and mild porn overrun Hollywood.

We’ve all seen the slate of movies over the last few years that has shown signs this was going to become the norm. Countless Marvel movies. Remake after remake after remake after remake after remake after remake after remake. I could go on.

With movies like Captain America 17 and Snow White and TV show like Suits LA or NCIS Cody, Wyoming it’s no wonder a mild porn movie took home five Oscar’s.

Hollywood has lost the ability to purchase and produce original content. It’s out there. I’ve read countless scripts that are better than what they are currently trying shoved down our throats.

Agree with me or don’t. I really don’t care. Welcome to The Rundown.

    WELCOME TO THE RUNDOWN

    Why do we make movies?
We make movies to tell a story. Good stories. Ones with meaning and significance. Ones with humor and lightheartedness. We tell stories to make you laugh. To cry. To rage. To inspire. To influence.

Last night we watched great movies with humor, with moving and inspiring stories lose to mild pornography.

Sit with Geoff, from Outsider Studio, as he briefly shares his opinions about last nights awards show.

Continue on with him as he give you a rundown of industry news from the fairy-tail land that is Hollywood.
