If you have a combination of low management fees and lower rents, well then your double a MI is not going to be very high. So the two main focus areas should be a decent management fee. I always like to aim for around that 7%. But of course that's going to determine where you are in Australia and what your average might be for the area. But just aim to always get the absolute highest management fee that you can get” -Aaron Emery
