How do I pursue Jesus in my marriage? How do I meet new friends now that I’m married? Am I ready to become a mom? How will marriage change once I have a baby? How can I create a home and a life that I love while staying youthful and enjoying my 20s? Welcome to Love in a Cottage where we will discuss all of these topics and more! Each week, host Paige Geidel brings you honest conversations with wives and mamas along with her personal experiences and stories from marriage and motherhood to encourage you on your journey. Paige navigates topics like friendship, postpartum anxiety and depression, intentional parenting, contentment in seasons of hardship, mental health in marriage, dating and so much more. We know the early years of marriage and motherhood can be challenging, but we believe that God can use each and every season of our lives to grow us, to teach us, and to shape us into the women that He created us to be. If you find yourself craving a community of women who are married, mothering in their 20s, and passionately following Jesus, then Love in a Cottage is for you. Pull up a seat, grab a cup of coffee and get ready to be encouraged.Love in a Cottage Crianza y Familias Cristianismo Espiritualidad Ministerio y Evangelismo Relaciones

  • 83. Taylor Church | Miscarriage, Parents as Ambassadors for God + Valuing Quality over Quantity
    Jun 3 2025

Today’s conversation is with the lovely Taylor Church! Taylor is a wife, mother and photographer living in Eugene, Oregon. This episode was recorded while Taylor was pregnant with her son, Curren, and the timing of this release is special because he was born three weeks ago now! It’s sweet because in this conversation she shares all that her & her husband have been dreaming, hoping and praying for as they awaited and prepared for Curren’s birth. Taylor talks about the important role of parents being ambassadors for God as they raise their children and how she's preparing her heart with that truth. Taylor also opens up honestly about her journey into motherhood as she has walked through the pain and grief of miscarriage. She shares her heart deeply on loss along with the ways the Lord met her amidst the grief through her community of friends & family. Toward the end of the conversation, we chat about how Taylor cultivates contentment and also we dive into how she values quality over quantity in her life, style and home.
