  • How I Started a Lending Business from My Laptop (No License Needed)
    Jul 3 2025

In this episode, I am finally officially introducing my journey into the business lending industry, sharing insights on how to start a lending business (become a loan broker) without prior experience or a license.

I'll be discussing the potential for income generation and the importance of empowering women in this traditionally male-dominated field. The discussion covers the business model, the simplicity of launching a lending business, and the flexibility it offers, especially for those seeking remote work opportunities.

𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿If you are new here, I am Shibivia; a full-time business owner and entrepreneur. I walked away from my recent career as a Flight Attendant back in 2022 to pursue full-time entrepreneurship to have more time-freedom and peace of mind. I recently completed 6 years of military service in the United States Air Force Reserves. Shortly after leaving my Flight Attendant job in 2022, my husband and I took a month long sabbatical and traveled to Bali, Indonesia then Bangkok Thailand and simply fell in love. It was one of the most therapeutic experiences of my life. After visiting almost 30 countries, South East Asia definitely felt like home, and today - we get to call Thailand home.
