  • Tomcast “follow your failures”
    Jan 21 2025

It’s our season finale and we had a delightful conversation with the one and only Tom Myers. He shares how he came to find this work, about his journey as a teacher and practitioner and where the future of fascial work and research is headed. He’s one of a kind and we are so grateful for his work and that we got to spend so much time with him over the past year.

Also - introducing our new podcast theme song and sound editing by the fabulous Tara McLeod. Grateful for talented and knowledgeable people in our lives!

We are talking with Penny. She has been our model throughout this 12 series training. She received the series from our teacher and mentor Tom Myers. We are inquiring about her experience and she is spilling the tea. She is a lovely human and was a wonderful person to experience this journey with. We are grateful to now call her friend and fellow queen on this attunement journey called life. Please enjoy our first intro, composed by Penny on her ukulele. You will get to enjoy our intro we are working on for season 2 very soon, taps fingers together with excitement.

We be casting from the car. It's probably a little noisy, it's a bit chaotic, but we hear sharing about session 11, the arm lines. Bringing the arms back into connection with the body, freeing them from the rib cage, whatever it is they need. We're here for it. We will be profeshing it up in season 2, so enjoy the last little bit of low key drama from the sound perspective, haha!
