  • When the World Feels Heavy: How to Keep on Showing Up
    Jul 7 2025

This week’s episode is a short but powerful one—an honest reflection on how to keep showing up for your work when the world feels like it’s falling apart. If you’ve ever felt torn between your desire to create change and the overwhelm of hard news and heartbreaking headlines…you are not alone. I’ve been hearing this question more and more: How do I keep marketing, coaching, creating, or leading when things feel so painful in the world?

In this episode, I share my personal answer—and I hope it offers you strength, inspiration, and a renewed sense of purpose in your own work. I talk about why I believe transformational coaching is activism, and how the culture change we are yearning for can begin right inside our client sessions.

    You’ll hear about:

    • Why your client work is one of the most powerful tools for cultural transformation

    • The deeper, paradigm-shifting layers inside high-integrity coaching and group facilitation

    • How shadow work, power dynamics, and compassionate presence all ripple out into the world

    • A new lens on personal development as cultural healing

    • What keeps me going in my work, even when the grief is big

Whether you’ve been feeling discouraged, tired, or simply wondering how to keep showing up—this episode is here to remind you that your work matters. Deeply. And that in doing it with heart and integrity, you are creating change.

We’re in this together, friend. Thank goodness for that.

  • Why I’ll Never Give Up 1:1 Client Work — And Why You Might Not Want to Either
    Jun 30 2025

You’ve heard the advice: once your business scales, drop the 1:1s. Focus on leverage. Build your groups. But what if that’s not the whole story? In this episode, I share why I’ve kept private client work at the heart of my business — even as everything else has grown — and why it continues to fuel not just my revenue, but my joy, skillset, and thought leadership.

If you’ve ever questioned whether 1:1 work is still “worth it,” or felt torn between group scalability and the intimacy of private sessions, this conversation will offer clarity, permission, and a fresh perspective. 1:1 work isn’t just something to graduate from — it might be the very thing that elevates everything else you do.

    In this episode, you’ll hear:

    • Why 1:1 work is deeply soul-satisfying (when you have the right skills)

    • The types of clients who truly need a private container

    • How your 1:1 skills improve your curriculum and group facilitation

    • The powerful role 1:1 work plays in your marketing and messaging

    • Why private sessions can be a secret incubator for your best ideas

Whether you’re in love with your 1:1 work or wondering if it’s time to let it go, this episode will help you reconnect to what matters most in your practice — and trust the business model that’s truly aligned with your strengths.

  • The Tender, Weird Ways Rejection Sensitivity Shows Up
    Jun 23 2025

Today’s episode is a little different. To celebrate our 50th episode (wow!), I’m getting very personal. I’m sharing some deeply vulnerable stories about the quirky, subtle, and sometimes cringey ways that rejection sensitivity shows up in my life — in my business, in my friendships, and even in my relationships with beloved clients.

I’ll be honest: I’m a little nervous to share all this! But I’m doing it because this conversation is important. So many of us - and our clients - hold ourselves back from creating what we want or showing up fully because of our fear of rejection. I want to normalize this experience, bring it out of the shadows, and remind you that you’re not alone and you’re not broken if this shows up for you, too.

In this episode, I talk about:

    • The surprising places rejection sensitivity shows up for me — even after decades of inner work

    • What Rejection Sensitivity Dysphoria is, and how learning about it has helped so many of my clients (especially those with ADHD)

    • How fear of rejection shaped my business in the early years: undercharging, avoiding outreach, not following up

    • The sneaky ways rejection stories still show up in close friendships — and how I’ve learned to name them and work with them

    • The awkward truth about sometimes feeling rejected by my own clients

    • Why normalizing rejection sensitivity is so powerful for our own healing and for client work

    • Practices that help: awareness, nervous system regulation, and strategic action-taking even in discomfort

    • How to gently help your clients identify and work through rejection sensitivity and self-sabotage

Whether you’ve experienced this yourself or witnessed it in those you work with, I hope this episode helps you feel more resourced, more seen, and a little less alone.

And if this conversation speaks to your heart, I’d love to invite you to my upcoming workshop:
Unshaken: How to Face Rejection and Keep Going.

And hey — if any of the stories I shared today hit close to home, please reach out and tell me. I would genuinely love to hear from you and hold space for your own beautiful, weird, human experiences around rejection.

  • Inside Navigating Client Resistance
    Jun 2 2025

When a client starts ghosting, avoiding, spiraling into overwhelm, or just quietly disengaging… it can feel discouraging, confusing, or even a little heartbreaking as a practitioner. We’ve all been there — and most of us were never trained in how to meet these moments with clarity, confidence, and compassion.

In this episode, I’m giving you a behind-the-scenes look at my powerful 4-session training, Navigating Client Resistance. Whether you're new to the field or have years of experience, this is the kind of training that belongs in every coach and healer's toolkit.

    You’ll hear:

    • Why resistance isn’t a problem — it’s a signal

    • Common resistance behaviors like procrastination, avoidance, flakiness, overwhelm, negativity, and how to understand them

    • What happens inside you when clients resist — and how to stay grounded instead of reactive

    • How global uncertainty is heightening resistance (and what to do about it)

    • The connection between client resistance and sales resistance — and how to meet both with integrity

    • How this work can deepen trust, boost re-signs, and increase referrals

    • What’s inside the program — including the somatic technique that gets to the root of blocks in minutes

    • Why this training helps you navigate your own resistance too

This isn’t about fixing or forcing your clients. It’s about learning to hold powerful space when things get messy — and becoming the kind of practitioner who knows how to meet the hard moments without collapsing or over-giving.
