Is beef tallow a healthier alternative to seed oils? Why have seed oils become the latest diet villain? And how did we get to the point that people are walking into restaurants with their own beef tallow and asking for chefs to cook with that instead? In this special collaborative episode with the Unbiased Science podcast, Dr. Chris Labos speaks with Drs. Jessica Steier and Sarah Scheinman about the state of food science.

Entertaining, bold, (un)common scientific sense!

While searching online for the scientific truths about Covid, I came across Jonathon Jarry and Christopher Labos. i've listened to every podcast and appreciate the way they clearly define what they are talking about and their numerous interviews with researchers and journalists. I've also read many of the books written by their interviewees. I refer to and recommend this podcast in many of my conversations!
