Maria:

Maria Pavey is an Operations & Network Manager for the UK Church Administrators Network (UCAN), specialising in development & systems. Maria has 17 years’ experience as a Church Manager, supporting a leadership team. She has spent most of the last 45+ years in an AOG church, serving in various ministries and has a passion for the gift of administration and helping churches to excel at being safe, missional communities.

Verity:

Verity Yeates also serves as a Network & Operations Manager for UCAN, specialising in communications & engagement. Verity formerly worked as an administrator for a large busy church in Devon for over 6 years and has over 20 years’ experience in administration. She’s passionate about supporting and equipping church administrators and helping church teams to thrive as they serve their mission together.
