SEASON 1 RELEASE: 11.11.24

After finding Jason's body (Sol-Dier, US Army), I went into a deep state of shock and stayed there for weeks. I was in such disbelief of what I was experiencing on every level that almost immediately, I began documenting my journey, capturing my grief through video and audio recordings.

I'm sharing my story through a podcast. An intimately candid raw view of my journey, all the tears and countless cross-examinations, the 1 step forward to the 22+ steps backwards, the triumphs, stumbles, and self-reflection—embracing the collateral beauty of the path I’ve trekked while healing and growing along the way️.

On May 10th, 2015, the day before his 37th birthday, our mini-Aussie and I found my Love, Jason - Dead. He took his life. He is 1 of many military members who take their lives daily. Suicide is the leading cause of death in the United States military. Military suicide deaths in the branch of the Army are more than twice of any other branch. These recordings document my journey from struggling as I'm Finding the Light to the Light Being Found. From riding the wave to being the wave. The podcast will be me reflecting on my recordings and sharing the Light Being Found in my journey within and all around me.
