In this very first episode of Steam ’n’ Soul, I want to take you behind the mic — and into my personal story.

Sauna has been part of my life since childhood, but only a few years ago I truly discovered the deeper world behind the steam.

Attending the Grand Aufguss Master in 2023 opened my eyes to what Aufguss rituals can really do: move people, create emotions, touch their souls.

Since then, I’ve completed professional Aufguss trainings, visited the World Championships, and started working as a part-time sauna master.

And along the way, I’ve seen how hard it can be to really talk to the people behind these powerful experiences.

Steam ’n’ Soul is my way of creating that space.

This podcast is about much more than just heat and technique.

It’s about the people, their stories, their passions, and the soulful energy they bring into every ritual.

I want to explore:
