Kaitlin Brown is a lifelong equestrian who has ridden at the top levels of the sport and now trains horses and coaches riders to get the most out of themselves. Kaitlin shares her lessons in coming up through the ranks and what she has learned about herself through her work with horses. We discuss self-awareness and mindfulness when working with horses, but the concepts extend well beyond the show ring and into other sports and life, in general.
