Within hours, the storied structure was reduced to a charred skeleton. But as officials made statements mourning the loss and news channels skirted larger issues, much of the public saw something different: the fire was a symbol of racial reckoning. After listening to a few episodes, I really enjoy them so far. Sound quality and narration is very good. The stories are unique and interesting.

I only have one real complaint. I really don’t like the odd echo and distortion of some phrases. It feels wrong somehow. Cheap in a way. Other than that, I look forward to listening to all the episodes.

Interesting stories from a southern perspective

It would be better to combine stories. Eight or nine minute stories just are not worth listening too because you get ads at the start and end. You end up getting as many ads as stories. I like the podcast, but it just isn't worth it to hear so many repeats of the same ads
