🌿 Blessed to Be a Blessing

    Scripture:

    Genesis 12:2

“I will make you into a great nation, and I will bless you; I will make your name great, and you will be a blessing.”

    Explanation:

God doesn’t bless us just for our enjoyment—He blesses us so we can be a blessing. Whether it’s material provision, wisdom, opportunities, or spiritual gifts, His blessings are meant to flow through us, not just to us. When we focus only on receiving and not on giving, we miss the purpose of the blessing.

    Application:

Look at your life today—what blessings has God entrusted to you? Your influence, time, talents, and resources are tools for His mission. Don't just ask, “What can I get?” ask, “What can I give?” Our blessing multiplies when we share it with others. 🎁🤲

    Reflection Questions:

    • Have I been using God’s blessings for others or only for myself?
    • What specific blessing can I share today with someone else?
    • How does seeing myself as a channel of blessing change my mindset?

    📖 A Bigger Picture

    Scripture:

    Genesis 12:1–3

The Lord had said to Abram, “Go from your country, your people and your father’s household to the land I will show you. I will make you into a great nation, and I will bless you; I will make your name great, and you will be a blessing. I will bless those who bless you, and whoever curses you I will curse; and all peoples on earth will be blessed through you.”

    Explanation:

The mission of God starts with a promise. When God called Abram, He invited him into something bigger than personal success—He called him to become the starting point of global blessing. God's plan has always been redemptive and expansive, reaching "all peoples on earth." This is the heartbeat of God's original intention.

    Application:

When you understand that God’s purpose includes using your life to bless others, everything changes. God is calling you, like Abram, to leave your comfort zone and trust Him. Your faith journey can impact generations if you walk in obedience. 🌍✨

    Reflection Questions:

    • What is God calling me to leave behind so I can follow Him fully?
    • Do I see myself as part of God’s global mission?
    • How can I trust God with the unknown like Abram did?

  • Pray for God's Purpose
    Jul 3 2025
    🙏 Pray for God's Purpose

    Scripture:

    Ephesians 6:18–20 (NIV)

“And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the Lord’s people. Pray also for me, that whenever I speak, words may be given me so that I will fearlessly make known the mystery of the gospel, for which I am an ambassador in chains. Pray that I may declare it fearlessly, as I should.”

    Explanation:

Paul shows us that prayer is not a side activity—it’s a battlefield strategy. It’s how we stay aligned with God and empowered for the mission. We don’t just pray for ourselves, but also for others, especially those sharing the Gospel. Prayer connects our armor to action.

    Application:

🧎 Keep praying. Don’t wait for trouble to come. Intercede for others. Ask God to use you for His mission, not just for your survival.

    Reflection Questions:

    1. 📆 Is prayer a priority in your daily life or a last resort?
    2. 🙋 Who in your life needs your prayers right now?
    3. 🧭 How can you grow in praying “in the Spirit” throughout the day?
