An entrepreneur, Farah runs her own security business; is a volunteer leader who has championed a number of causes, many supporting women in security; and was the winner of the Outstanding Female category at the UK OSPAs and represents the UK at the Global OSPAs in January.

He is the director of the Dawes Centre for Future Crime at University College London, and co-director of two doctoral training centres on Cybersecurity and Cyber Physical Risks. His work takes place under the umbrella of a relatively new area of work, ‘crime science’.

Sarah Miller is a winner of a Global OSPA, in the Outstanding Contract Security Manager/Director category. Sarah set out to avoid working in security, initially a career in the arts beckoned, and then law enforcement seemed more enticing but security prevailed. Sarah, based in Canada, is a teacher as well as an operations director of a security company operating in diverse environments.

Wale Olaoye has recently won two Global OSPAs including ‘Outstanding Security Company’ while Wale himself has been entered into the Security Hall of Fame. He has been CEO of Halogen based in Nigeria since 2008.
