His name is Sailson José das Gracas and he confessed to being a murder for hire as well as serial killer himself. Within 48hrs of his arrest in 2014 police were able to confirm 4 of the 43 murders he confessed to. Due to Brazilian law he will serve the max of 30 years behind bars and made it very clear that upon his release he will return to his murderous ways.
