I am a permitted wildlife Rehabber in Texas, though I only transport and do not actually do the rehabbing. Birds are fascinating because you have to be federally permitted seeing as they cross state lines. I would have liked to have learned more about the birds, personality and scientific subjects that others may find boring :-)
