Did the family pay for this?

Just wonder if the family funded this podcast? It seems like the entire point of it was to try to prove the innocence of the father- I am not convinced he should have gotten off- I still think he did it- although not BEYOND a reasonable doubt. I feel like he just had amazing lawyers and a lot of money.
