    Crypto, Couture & Complicated Friendships

Next Gen NYC – Season 1, Episode 1: "Welcome to New York":

    🎧 Podcast Summary:

Welcome to the first episode of Next Gen NYC, where fame is inherited, drama is instant, and rent is astronomical. Ariana, fresh off the plane and fully embracing the chaotic charm of New York City, is escaping her family's high-profile fallout and building a life with her boyfriend Hudson—while dodging calls from her mom asking for money.

We meet Brooks, the effortlessly cool creative director, model, and member of a famous fashion family, who’s texting apartments and stirring the friend group pot. Gia FaceTimes in from her Jersey pool, introducing a tight-knit (and occasionally chaotic) friend group that includes crypto-rich Charlie, effortlessly chill Ava (daughter of Rachel Roy and Damon Dash), rising fashion star Emira, and free-spirited Georgia, who is—unapologetically—pro-germ.

Romance, rivalry, and real estate all collide as tensions rise over a possible hookup between Brooks' sister Chloe and Charlie. From tiaras in delivery rooms to Diplo at Katz Deli, this debut episode sets the tone for glam, gossip, and the high-stakes world of Next Gen NYC.

Welcome to Rouge & Revue, where glam meets generations and beauty comes with a backstory.

We’re a mother-son duo—Mom and Matti—40 years apart in age but perfectly in step when it comes to style, sparkle, and sharing stories that matter.

This podcast was born from a moment of pure serendipity. After struggling with fertility and raising two sons, Mom was ready to close the baby chapter. She hosted a garage sale to part ways with all her baby gear… but nothing sold. Two weeks later, surprise—she was pregnant. It was her first natural pregnancy, at age 39, and proof that God always has a plan.

When it came time to deliver, she showed up at the hospital in a tiara (yes, really). “There’s only one queen in my castle,” she always said, “and I’m not sharing my crown.” That is, until Matti came along.

From the very beginning, Matti brought a flair for the dramatic, a love of all things vintage, and a heart full of music. A Broadway enthusiast and vocalist, Matti grew up with a passion for beauty, performance, and expression.

Together, we created Rouge & Revue to blend our worlds—beauty tips, fashion talk, heartfelt conversations, and a dash of drama. Whether we’re swapping skincare secrets, talking tiaras, or dishing out wisdom from both sides of the generational gap, you’re invited to join the fun.

Because life is better with a little rouge—and a lot of revue.
