This is one of the hardest lessons I’ve had to learn on my journey and maybe you’ve felt this too…

I used to tolerate far too much because I didn’t want to lose people. I would bend, soften, and silence parts of myself to make others comfortable. But what I came to understand, unfortunately the hard way, is that if they were truly my people, they would have never treated me like they did, in the first place!

This episode is deeply personal.

I open up about my journey of letting go, of my father, a childhood friend I had since I was 12, and my husband’s own unfolding experience of releasing a significant relationship. The common thread in all of it? Disrespect, disregard, and a lack of accountability that echoed through years of tolerance… until it just wasn’t tolerable anymore.

You’ll hear me speak from the raw places in my heart, and maybe you’ll see yourself in these stories.

Because the truth is, it is time, time to…

Let them judge you.
Let them misunderstand you.
Let them gossip, doubt, and make you out to be the villain.
Let them walk away, even run your name through the mud.
Let them go.

We often stay because we care. Because we hope. Because we remember the good. But there comes a moment when you have to choose you! That moment came for me with my dad, when I flew across states to see him at the end of his life… only to be reminded of why I had walked away 19 years before. That reminder was painful, but it was also clear.

I chose myself back then, and I chose myself again.

There are people in this life who would rather lose you than be honest about how they’ve hurt you. They knew what they were doing. And they did it anyway.

In this episode, I talk about:

• How to know when it’s time to stop explaining yourself and start reclaiming your power
• What it means to release someone with love but firm boundaries
• Why distance can be a sacred act of self-respect
• And how to hold your light even when others try to dim it

You can still love them. You can still wish them well. But that doesn’t mean they’re meant to walk beside you anymore.

This episode is for anyone struggling with the weight of letting go. For anyone holding on out of hope, guilt, or fear. For anyone who needs the reminder that access to you is a privilege, not a right.

You are not alone.

Let them go.
Not in anger, but in truth.
Not with bitterness, but with boundaries.

In this powerful and heartfelt episode, I take you behind the scenes of my second trip to Bali in just six months, and the second life-shifting retreat I’ve had the privilege of attending.

This journey was one of deep transformation, soul awakenings, and divine alignment.
Returning to familiar land but with new eyes, I experienced Bali in an entirely different way, through the eyes of others, through the whispers of my guides, and through the sacred lens of intuition and embodiment.

I share the emotional release I experienced after deep inner work around my father — healing that finally made space for expansion, joy, and new beginnings. These retreats will be sacred containers for women ready to remember who they truly are, release what no longer serves, and rise into the version of themselves their soul has always known.

In this raw and unfiltered episode, I share the final chapter of my journey with my dad, a chapter that brought both closure and a deep reclaiming of self.

After nearly two decades apart, I flew back to Adelaide to be by his side in his final days. I left my husband and kids, planning to stay for a week or two, holding space for a peaceful goodbye. But just one day in, my guides told me clearly: go home. And after our second visit, I understood why.

In this episode, I speak honestly about the moment I was reminded, so clearly, why I walked away 19 years ago. Why I had to choose myself then, and why I had to choose myself again now. Even at the end of someone’s life, it does not excuse unkindness, mistreatment, or emotional manipulation. No one gets a free pass to treat you like you don’t matter.

I talk about:
💔 The emotional weight of returning to a parent who never truly changed
⚡ The power in listening to your intuition, even when it doesn’t make sense to others
🌱 The sacred permission to walk away a second time, and feel peace in doing so
👑 Why choosing yourself isn’t selfish, it’s the highest act of self-respect

This is for anyone who’s been told to “just forgive” or “just let it go” in the name of death, family, or obligation. It’s a reminder that your peace matters. That you matter. And that you never have to stay in the presence of someone who can’t see or honour your worth.
