MY WHY:

I have always loved working in the food industry, server, bartender, and restaurant business. Growing up on a large farm in the Midwest has given me inspiration to help others learn how to eat wisely and how to spend money sensibly on food. With a full-time job and kids, I feel I’m relatable when it comes to all the above on what most of us are looking for in life.

WE ARE MAKING: Pretzel Snacks 🥨 NO BAKE!!

Ingrediants:

• 1 bag of Pretzels 🌰
• 1 bag of butterscotch chips
• 1 bottle of chocolate syrup
• 1/2 stick of butter or coconut/olive oil
• 1 jar of your homemade nut butter (S2, E13) or organic peanut butter

Instructions:

• Mix, butter (oil) with the bag od butterscotch chips in a pan on low heat let melt slowly
• Add the jar of nut butter or peanut butter in to melt too
• Add the pretzels 1/4 of a bag at a time (helps from overlapping)
• Once covered remove with a large fork, lay neatly on a pan covered with wax paper, allow them to cool
• Drizzle chocolate syrup all over them to your liking
• and enjoy!
