#190// What do you see with your eyes closed? What do you see when you allow your spirit to set vision as it's connected to the Spirit of God?

Listen, Sister . . . if we're actually going to BEHOLD the things of God in the natural, we've got to get good at seeing it with our spirit first.

This past weekend, I had the opportunity to speak to and exhort over 300 women at our REVIVE Woman Conference 2025 about what it looks like to BEHOLD with God... to perceive the new thing He is doing in this coming season (see Isaiah 43:19).

The truth is: We BECOME what we BEHOLD!

If we are continually beholding our Savior -- the way He walked and talked and related to others -- we will become more and more like Him. If we allow ourselves to behold the negative, the swirl, the chaos or overwhelm, we will continually see that all around us.

And here's the part no one wants to say out loud: We can't BECOME on our own because it's hard for us to BEHOLD on our own.

We NEED other faith-filled, godly women of purpose around us -- cheering us on, calling us up higher, discipling and challenging us -- for our GOOD and for the GLORY of God!

And you better believe the enemy is going to do everything in his power to keep you from beholding. Because he doesn't want you to BECOME! That makes you a BIG threat to his kingdom of darkness. But I've got his schemes in my sight and I'm going to share with you The Four Strategies the Enemy Uses to Keep Us from Beholding:

😬 He'll try to get you to partner with the spirit of foreboding. If the enemy can convince you to consistently behold the possibility of BAD in your life, he can keep you from beholding the goodness of God and becoming everything God intended for your life. Combat him with Isaiah 43:18-19.

🙃 He'll try to convince you that you're fragile. Oh, Sister! You are not some fragile flower, bending and breaking in the wind. You are a warrior-daughter of the Most High God. You are a breaker. You are strong in the Lord! Tell the enemy to take his lies back to the pit of hell as you declare Songs of Solomon 2:1-2.

😳 He'll try to convince you that you've missed it or it being hard means it's not for you. Don't believe his lies! Your Heavenly Father is with you, and He knows exactly what you can handle. You're not too late, you're not overwhelmed. You are right on time, and the Lord is growing your capacity. Stomp on the head of the enemy as you rejoice in 2 Corinthians 6:1-10.

😖 He'll try to convince you that beholding happens alone. Sister, you were created for community, covenant and sisterhood. We are not meant to do any part of life all alone. Your loving Father has placed you into families and communities because He knows your destiny is wrapped up in the people He has placed around you. Shut down the enemies lies by grabbing ahold of Ecclesiastes 4:9-12.

NOW is YOUR time to BEHOLD fully and BECOME, my friend! Don't allow the enemy to keep you stuck or convince you you're not worthy of the beautiful calling and assignment God placed on your life. It's time to BLOOM!

#189 // Are you a conference "junkie" . . . attending conference after conference for the next Holy Spirit "hit?"

Listen, I've been there, Sister . . .

I had this belief that the big breakthrough I needed or the touch from God that was going to finally shift things could only be found during a big, Christian conference with all the lights, sounds and fanfare. I would be so expectant for that type of encounter at these events, but there was very little expectation of God encountering me in that same way in my everyday life.

The truth is: breakthrough and deliverance can happen anywhere!

Yes, it can happen at the altar during a conference, but it can also happen in your living room as you set your heart and soul on the desire to experience God in a new way.

But why are we talking about this? Well, friend... I'm hosting a women's conference next weekend and I want to help my ambitious, sound-making, Jesus Girls (like you) to know how you can properly prepare when you decide to attend a Christian conference. It's more than just popping up and enjoying the worship and word.

Here are three things I'd encourage you to do before stepping into your next conference:

📝 Treat the conference like an anniversary or annual assessment. This is a moment to get with the Lord and ask, "What are we working on during this conference experience? What do You want to add to me or help me to see? How am I engaging as I step in?"

✨ Take time to sit with God and set your expectations. What fruit do you want to see come out of the experience? What hurdles do you need to tackle in order to fully press in? Let God lead you in what He wants you to receive (and eventually pour out).

💕 Bring others along with you. It's so much better when we can step into these conference experiences together. There's a level of connection and sharpening that can happen as we go alongside one another.

#186// You're not for "everyone," Sister. Nobody is. So if you're trying to sell to everyone, you'll wind up selling to no one. It's powerful to be able to identify and speak directly to the ones God has called you to serve.

As you're out here building big and beautiful things with and for God, it is so important to know WHO you're called to serve through your business or ministry. God put the idea in your heart, and He's giving you the grace to do #allthethings, but He also wants to help you get particularly focused on the people you're meant to be serving.

The facts, features and specs you share with people about the product or service you offer may give them loads of information. But guess what. Facts don't sell. You know what does? STORIES! When you talk to the person you're sent to serve in "their language," addressing the question they're always "kinda" asking in the background -- "What's in this for me?" -- I'm telling you . . . You're going to find it so much easier to connect with people who need what you're offering. And sales will seem like a breeze!

#184// Yes, you CAN do #allthethings in Christ Jesus!

You've been sold a lie that you can't "do it all," Sister. Over probably the last eight or ten years, popular media has repeatedly tried to tell us (because of burnout): "You've got to pick one thing and let go of the rest. You need to create more margin in your life."

But what if I told you that in believing the lie of “I can’t do it all” you’ve actually pushed off parts of your God-given identity and diminished parts of your purpose in the earth? That's a SELAH moment, Sister.

As a faith-filled, ambitious, multi-passionate Jesus Girl, you are called to be a modern Proverbs 31 woman, and there is a grace found in God that can create a flow and cadence for your life. This grace will sustain you, carry you forward, and make you able to “do it all” in Christ Jesus.

Wondering about the HOW? Here's your winning strategy, Friend:

1️⃣ REPENT and BELIEVE Philippians 4:13 (grab that verse below and make it your daily declaration).

2️⃣ GIVE GOD FIRST PLACE every morning. Start and end your day with Him, allowing Him to set your cadence in the morning and receive your gratitude in the evening.

3️⃣ PLAN YOUR DAY with God. Allow Him to inform you of the important things for each day. This will greatly reduce stress and increase your success.

#183// Position is EVERYTHING when it comes to your purpose. You are designed to refract the light of God into the world in a specific way as you build your business or ministry.

Do you believe the work God has called you to do in the earth... the business or the ministry that He has called you to build and steward... matters? True story, Sister! The work God created you to do actually matters in this world. It's vital for the people who will hear the sound you were made to make for God, and it matters to the expanding of His Kingdom here on earth.

Ever heard of the concept of refraction? This means to make a ray of light change direction when it enters at an angle. This is how we were designed to operate. God shines His light into us in a specific way, and that light shines out of us (is directed) in a way that is unique to how God created us.

Have you been feeling like the call of God on your life is a minimal thing, like it's "no big deal" and your impact is small? If so, you can decide right now that you'll align with the truth that your purpose is of the utmost importance. You want to ensure that you're properly positioned in your purpose so that you're beautifully refracting the light of God like the dazzling rainbow that you are. And just like the rainbow signifies a promise, God's light shining through you is a picture of the promises that He's spoken over your life. Amen?
