In the last two decades his ministry Mission Catalyst International (https://mci3.org/) has conducted some 2,500 Great Commission Equipping Trainings in which more than 150,000 national pastors, evangelists, and missionary church planters have been trained by 46 indigenous Master Trainers. The vast majority of those trained have been in countries located in the 10/40 Window. Steve and Jim discuss the challenge American pastors are facing today and how we address the declines we are seeing. This episode will challenge you to pause and plan.
