So much content!

Thank you, Laura, for offering us so much free content! This podcast has helped me see food and my relationship with hunger in a new way. I had successfully lost about 15 pounds after a few months of listening to this podcast daily. ..then I got busy with a new job and the holidays hit and I lost my progress and gained 9 pounds back. I do not fault your teachings at all! This is the best program I've tried, and I've tried Noom, and general deprivation/lots of working out. I see your methods as a PRACTICE. I have to actively practice changing the thought patterns I have created over time. I'll keep at it. Great podcast.
