  • PERMA - Engagement
    May 9 2025

We want to thank you for your patience as it’s been a very crazy, busy year and we’ve missed you all. We hopefully will be able to start uploading again more consistently!

This episode is dedicated to Dr. Michael Havens, who just retired after his time at MSU-Billings. He is certainly a special man and educator, who has touched many lives, he will be sorely missed as he goes into the next chapter of his life.

This is the last episode of our PERMA series with our very special guest, Dr. Havens! While learning about Engagement, how it affects our lives, and how we can find our balance, you can hear his unique perspective from his experience in psychology, research, and education.
