With the recent evolution of AI technology, the world is beginning to define security in AI and new AI ethics. Even if this is processed by the latest AI model, it will not expand unnecessarily and within the scope of the mission and role. It's what makes the world grow. If these ethics differ, both business and national strategy will be operated without a core definition.

Furthermore, technology (XAI) has been developed that uses AI to explain results in an easy-to-understand manner within common ethics and values. In such a system, if development is carried out by country, industry, organization, or project, the operation will not be consistent, so a common definition is necessary.

For example, if the AI ​​ethics recommended by international organizations differs from the AI ​​ethics by industry, there is a risk that racial and cultural differences will be absorbed and the distinction between military and civilian needs will disappear.

However, through a common platform and mechanism to gather knowledge to solve problems around the world, it will also be possible to develop into a creative industry that leverages the advantages of both humans and AI.
