Wild speculations

I've listened to 2 episodes (granted that's not alot) of Every Town and was pretty disappointed. This episodes gives very little detail but a whole lot of speculation and a broad theory of a network of corruption and cover ups with absolutely no support. No evidence aside from insinuation is offered, events that are in no way connected to the episode's story are brought in as possible leads to give some kind of evil intent but you have to do an impossible leap to even make any connections. It's like saying I fell off my bike in 1971 and Nuxon was president at the time. He was once unvolved in a scandal so obviously he was behind me scraping my knee. Ridiculous
