I felt the need to go off script, as daunting as it was, so that I could be honest about where I am at. This episode was both therapeutic but also unnerving to produce because I was constantly overthinking. Hitting the publish button despite the mistakes I picked up while listening back, is me telling myself that its okay to show up even if that version of me doesn't meet my expectation. Its okay to just be human and just be.
