More Lies and Alibis: What We’re Learning Before The Double Homicide Trial (S01E70)

  • Resumen

  • On this 70th episode, Mandy Matney and Liz Farrell critically examine the three latest documents filed by Alex Murdaugh’s defense team, 1) Alex's notice of alibi defense 2) A 95 page motion to compel the state to produce details on the DNA analysis and spatter evidence 3) Another 1- page motion to compel the state to produce more details on the same evidence. While pulling threads on the latest revelations in these filings we'll share some unique findings that shine more sunlight on the bigger picture leading up to the murder trial currently scheduled for January 23, 2023. Critical Thinking

I love that Liz and Mandy always look at the facts with a critical eye, especially when analyzing the antics of Tricky Dick. However, I especially like how in this episode they carefully craft the story and keep us entertained with an air of suspense.

There's Joy in Justice. I Want More!

I'm experiencing great satisfaction in the justice meted out weekly on MMP.

It's become déclassé to identify oneself as a victim regardless of its truth. When I listen to your accurate details and evidence of deaths, damages, and destruction in the wake of multigenerational abuse like those committed by Murdoughs and Friends, I hear Dolly, Emmy Lou, and Linda singing this song and pray for people like Mandy Mattney and Friends to _find_ more victims and continue exposing very uncomfortable truths about our accepted legal "infrastructure".

Farther Along

Tempted and tried we're oft made to wonder
Why it should be thus all the day long
While there are others living about us
Never molested though in the wrong

Farther along we'll know all about it
Farther along we'll understand why
Cheer up my brother live in the sunshine
We'll understand it all by and by

When death has come and taken our loved ones
It leaves our home so lonely and drear
And then do we wonder why others prosper
Living so wicked year after year

When we see Jesus coming in glory
When he comes down from his home in the sky
Then we shall meet him in that bright mansion
We'll understand it all by and by

Farther along we'll know all about it
Farther along we'll understand why
Cheer up my brother live in the sunshine
We'll understand it all by and by

Yeah we'll understand it all by and by

What???

Whoa! Paul was killed in a closet and moved outside? I'm sorry if I missed that in an earlier episode. THAT gives me something new to think on.... Keep on exposing Harpo's schemes. Your listeners are doing what we can to get the word out and get more listeners exposed to the truth via MMP. Keep up the great work!
